IT Support

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for an IT Support professional to join its on‑site team at the Mall of Asia in Pasay City. You will be the first point of contact for end‑users, ensuring that IT requests are resolved quickly and that hardware assets are properly managed.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the IT support queue, delivering timely resolutions.
• Coordinate procurement of IT hardware, raise purchase orders and liaise with vendors.
• Maintain and update the IT asset management system with accurate records.
• Review and code invoices related to hardware and services.
• Create and maintain knowledge‑base articles and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party vendors to meet IT requirements.
• Generate regular reports on support performance, procurement status and asset management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IT service desk or support operation within a corporate environment.
• Experience with IT asset management and hardware procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software and end‑user support.
• Excellent documentation skills, especially creating knowledge‑base content.
• Outstanding communication, organizational and customer‑service abilities.
