IT Support Administrator (Level 2) – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

OutTask is seeking a Level 2 IT Support Administrator to provide remote technical assistance for an Australian transport and logistics client. Working Philippine‑based hours, you will be the first point of contact for staff, handling phone calls and ticket‑based requests while collaborating with a friendly Australian team.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound IT support calls and deliver prompt, professional first‑contact assistance.
• Log, triage, and resolve tickets within defined response and resolution KPIs.
• Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Windows environments.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID – manage user access, password resets, and licensing.
• Support transport management systems such as Jaix TMS and TrackPOD (training provided).
• Escalate critical incidents to senior IT staff and document resolutions in the knowledge base.

Required profile

• Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 IT support or service‑desk role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with user administration in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Effective troubleshooting, prioritisation, and documentation abilities.
