About the role
We are looking for an IT Staff member to provide technical support to end‑users and help keep our computer systems running smoothly. The role involves assisting with hardware and software installation, monitoring networks, and documenting procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end‑users on a variety of IT issues.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Document technical processes and create user guides.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical problems.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of networking.
- Basic knowledge of hardware support.
