About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our team in Makati. The role focuses on maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth operation of network and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor network infrastructure and system performance.
• Provide first‑line and escalated support for hardware and software issues.
• Administer Windows, Linux and macOS environments.
• Support cloud computing and virtualization platforms.
• Assist with IT project implementation and documentation.
• Maintain database systems and perform routine backups.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices to protect company data.
• Develop and run scripts (Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in IT support or administration.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and explain technical concepts to non‑technical staff.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
• Willingness to stay current with industry trends.
