IT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist to ensure the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of our company’s IT infrastructure. You will support network systems, CCTV, desktops, laptops, printers, and software applications in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and provide technical support for all IT equipment, including network devices, CCTV surveillance, desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of network and security systems.
• Deliver timely technical assistance to end‑users to minimise downtime and support smooth business operations.
• Support manufacturing and business software applications to maintain operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure management, network administration, or CCTV/security systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or operations‑based environment is an advantage.
