IT Operations Administrator

About the role

Decimal is looking for an IT Operations Administrator to be the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day technical issues across its remote, cloud‑first environment. You will support both the franchise operations team and the Philippines‑based delivery group, ensuring devices and access are secure and available.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level remote IT support (helpdesk, chat, video) to resolve connectivity, device, and application issues.
• Manage company devices through an MDM solution, enforcing encryption, remote wipe, and security policies.
• Run IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, device provisioning, role‑based access, MFA configuration, and full access revocation.
• Monitor endpoint security alerts, support basic incident response, and maintain the IT asset inventory.
• Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure timely and secure access changes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on IT or systems administration experience in a remote or cloud‑first environment.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 administration.
• Understanding of role‑based access, MFA, and endpoint security tools.
• Exposure to data‑privacy compliance (e.g., NPC) and basic incident response.
• Strong written and verbal English; comfortable working with international stakeholders.
