Job description

About the role

As a member of a Scrum team, the IT Java Developer will research, design, develop, launch and manage efficient business, financial and operational systems that support core organizational functions.

Key responsibilities

Develop new software to meet business requirements.
Monitor and configure deployed applications.
Maintain applications according to necessary changes.
Prepare development documentation, operation manuals and training materials.
Apply test‑driven development and collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, QA, DevOps and other IT functions.

Required profile

Minimum 1‑2 years of experience as a Java Developer.
Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
Working proficiency in programming, flowcharting and core Java.

Required skills

Java (Core, J2EE), Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, REST API, Git, JMS, WebLogic.
Microservices architecture, Java generics, test‑driven development, OO design and software design patterns.
