IT Assistant

About the role

The IT Assistant provides day‑to‑day technical support for hardware, software, and network systems. You will ensure reliable operation of IT equipment, assist users, and help maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with network setup, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, and Wi‑Fi.
• Support IT processes such as user access management, backups, updates, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and system records.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and security controls.
• Provide basic user support and training as required.

Required profile

• Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or assistant role.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, office applications, and common IT tools.
