I&O Engineering Consultant – Endpoint Management

About the role
LanceSoft is looking for an experienced I&O Engineering Consultant to manage and support endpoint environments across a dual UEM landscape. You will work with SCCM/MECM, Intune and Workspace ONE UEM to ensure endpoint health, availability and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage endpoint health, availability and performance.
- Handle application lifecycle, OS servicing and deployments.
- Execute patching, compliance tracking and vulnerability remediation.
- Participate in incident management and war‑rooms, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Develop PowerShell scripts and drive automation/AI‑based improvements.
Required profile
- 6+ years of experience with SCCM/MECM.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Workspace ONE UEM.
- Strong knowledge of patching, deployments and endpoint management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
