About the role
EMAPTA is looking for an Invoicing Operations Lead to drive billing excellence, protect revenue, and build a high‑performing finance team. The role is based in Ortigas, Pasig City, operates on a day‑shift schedule and offers a hybrid work model.
Key responsibilities
- Lead billing excellence across the organization.
- Safeguard revenue by ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
- Empower and develop a high‑performing finance team.
- Oversee accounts‑receivable and credit‑control processes.
- Continuously improve invoicing workflows and compliance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in invoicing, accounts receivable or credit control.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate finance teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
