Invoice to Cash Manager – Collections

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Invoice to Cash Manager to lead collections operations within its Global Services Finance team. The role focuses on optimizing cash flow, minimizing financial risk, and ensuring consistent execution of collections strategies across a defined region.

Key responsibilities

• Own and oversee end‑to‑end collections operations across multiple teams and complex customer portfolios.
• Drive cash performance outcomes such as DSO, past‑due exposure, and collection efficiency while balancing customer relationships.
• Oversee period‑end and financial close activities, ensuring accuracy, audit readiness, and strong internal controls.
• Lead consolidated collections and AR forecasting, partnering with FP&A and senior stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop the collections team, fostering engagement and succession planning.
• Act as a senior escalation authority and trusted business partner to Commercial, Legal, and Supply Chain functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; CPA, CMA, MBA preferred.
• 8‑10 years of progressive finance experience, including 4‑7 years of people management.
• Proven track record in managing multi‑team collections operations and delivering cash flow optimization.
• Strong analytical and risk‑assessment capabilities with experience presenting to senior leaders.
