About the role
The Investment Specialist supports the General Account team by maintaining and improving asset monitoring templates, ensuring accurate transaction booking, and assisting with portfolio management tasks. This role plays a key part in preparing data for credit research, trade recommendations, and investment committee presentations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update monitoring templates for the company’s asset holdings.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports on asset monitoring.
- Assist the General Account team with transaction booking and account balance verification.
- Support data gathering and document preparation for credit research and trade recommendation initiatives.
- Prepare investment transaction approval requests and related documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) from a recognized university.
- 1‑2 years of experience in investment operations or accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and diligent work ethic.
- Familiarity with investment‑related transactions is preferred.
