Inventory Supervisor

About the role

The Inventory Supervisor will lead inventory control activities within DHL Supply Chain’s Philippines operations. You will ensure accurate stock records, drive continuous improvement, and support the overall efficiency of the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regular cycle counts and full physical audits to reconcile system records with physical stock.
• Analyze sales patterns and customer trends to set reorder points, preventing stockouts or overstocking.
• Monitor KPIs such as turnover rates and shrinkage, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
• Implement new procedures (e.g., FIFO, updated Warehouse Management for Open Systems) to improve flow and reduce costs.
• Monitor, update, and reconcile inventory records (IRA).
• Manage people and resource requirements, providing operational status, reports, and analysis.
• Create and deploy SOPs and work instructions to the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Proven people‑management experience.
• Experience handling customer relationships and order booking/management.
• Strong leadership and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and support team tasks as needed.
• Good attendance record.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
