Inventory Planning Supervisor

About the role

Rebisco is seeking an Inventory Planning Supervisor to ensure optimal stock levels and align inventory with demand forecasts across its distribution center. The role bridges demand planning, supplier coordination, and operational transformation goals within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet forecasted demand.
• Support seamless distribution‑center operations and stock flow.
• Coordinate with manufacturing suppliers to align production with inventory needs.
• Ensure compliance, traceability, and accurate reporting of inventory data.
• Monitor performance metrics and support system integration initiatives.
• Assist in transition projects, mechanization alignment, and strategic reporting.

Required profile

• Graduate of any business‑related course.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in FMCG.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Marilao, Bulacan.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
