Inventory Management Analyst

About the role

The Inventory Management Analyst ensures that physical stock matches system records, supporting accurate warehouse operations and preventing financial claims. You will work closely with operations teams and supervisors to maintain bin integrity, resolve discrepancies, and produce daily inventory reports.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily bin audits, log corrections, and adjust system records to maintain bin integrity.
• Identify and resolve physical‑vs‑system mismatches, receiving/issuance errors, and stuck transactions.
• Monitor aged stock, items past Maximum Allowable Age (MAA), and RPRT materials.
• Lead pre‑count setups, enforce transaction cut‑offs, and conduct cycle and wall‑to‑wall counts.
• Investigate inventory variances promptly, documenting root‑cause analyses.
• Partner with supervisors to avoid claims by resolving variances within customer timelines.
• Conduct random spot checks and gather compliance documentation.
• Collaborate daily with operations to fix floor issues and clear missed bin counts.
• Generate end‑of‑day, bin integrity, and inventory comparison reports on schedule.
• Maintain logs for RPRT, ageing, and reversal summaries, and participate in count planning meetings.

Required profile

• Graduate of Accounting or a related field.
• At least two years of accounting experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply‑chain operations.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software, preferably SAP.
• Willingness to be assigned to San Roque, Marikina.
