Insurance Account Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an Insurance Account Trainer to deliver product, upskill and language training to new hires, ensuring they meet performance standards. The role involves designing and facilitating training programs, assessing learning needs, and providing ongoing coaching to frontline agents.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product, upskill and language training sessions for new hires and evaluate their competencies.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis, identify learning gaps and develop targeted training and coaching interventions.
• Facilitate learning using various methods such as instructor‑led training, workshops, job aids, virtual meetings and e‑learning modules.
• Create, revise and enhance training modules and knowledge‑check materials specific to the insurance account.
• Provide post‑training support, follow‑up coaching and monitor 30‑60‑90‑day progress of new hires.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly training activity reports for operations and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer, preferably handling insurance or voice/non‑voice accounts.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Willingness to work onsite on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Training certifications (e.g., CPLP, Train‑the‑Trainer) are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Suites).
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training‑related software.
