Instructional Designer

About the role

The Instructional Designer will create engaging and effective learning solutions that support business objectives and employee development at Lean Solutions Group.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement technical and non‑technical training materials aligned with business goals and learner needs.
• Conduct learning needs assessments in collaboration with stakeholders and recommend appropriate training solutions.
• Create, maintain and enhance standardized training templates to ensure consistency across programs.
• Develop multimedia learning assets such as videos, graphics, presentations, job aids, e‑learning modules and digital resources.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts to translate complex information into clear, learner‑focused content.
• Maintain and update existing training materials to keep them accurate and relevant.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to craft engaging experiences.
• Support branding of training programs through logos, graphics and visual assets.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging learning technologies to improve development efficiency and learner engagement.
• Ensure all materials meet quality standards and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in instructional design, training development, learning content creation or a related role.

Required skills

• Instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Creation of multimedia learning assets (videos, graphics, presentations, job aids, e‑learning modules).
• Learning needs assessment and stakeholder collaboration.
