About the role

Key responsibilities

• Create precise Academic Data Reports, analyze anomalies, and implement corrections within 48 hours.
• Conduct rapid‑response intervention calls and post‑assessment coaching to remove learning blockers.
• Assess, deploy, and prototype new educational applications and AI/LLM tools to enhance learning strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine dashboards, tools, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data science, education, EdTech, or a student‑support role that blends analytics with interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering).
• High emotional intelligence, strong communication, and a kid‑friendly coaching style.
• Experience building workflows and automations with AI.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
