About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Institutional Customer Support professional to join our team in Makati City. The role focuses on managing client servicing, foreign‑exchange (FX) operations, onboarding processes, and coordinating with stakeholders on a global scale. This is a full‑time, on‑site position within our Administration & Office Support function.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to institutional clients, ensuring high‑quality service.
- Handle FX transaction processing and related operational tasks.
- Facilitate client onboarding, gathering required documentation and setting up accounts.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to resolve issues and improve processes.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
