Insights and Analytics Associate Manager

About the role

The Insights and Analytics Associate Manager for Modern Trade will act as the strategic insights partner for Coca‑Cola’s Modern Trade business in the Philippines. You will turn data from multiple sources into actionable recommendations that drive growth, support commercial strategies and accelerate performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Modern Trade channels, customers and categories to translate business questions into analytical requirements and actionable insights.
• Lead analysis of retail, consumer, shopper and internal sales data, integrating sources such as NielsenIQ, Kantar, shopper studies and POS data.
• Develop executive‑ready presentations that tell a compelling story and influence senior leadership and customers.
• Drive strategic projects on channel strategy, shopper marketing and customer growth plans, institutionalising best‑practice analytics.
• Collaborate closely with Sell and Help‑Sell teams to ensure insights are turned into measurable business actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in business analytics or market research, preferably in FMCG or a research agency.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven experience delivering market research and consumer/shopper insights.
• Effective communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills.
