Inside Sales Representative – Night Shift (Taguig)

About the role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Taguig on a night‑shift schedule. You will be responsible for generating new client accounts and managing the sales pipeline while communicating with U.S.-based customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and follow‑up activities to acquire new client accounts.
• Manage assigned leads and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Gather, verify, and document client information for job requisition creation.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Monitor and track all client interactions, outcomes, and follow‑up actions.
• Communicate professionally with U.S. clients and address initial concerns.
• Handle basic negotiations within established guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Strong negotiation ability and relationship‑building skills.
• Adaptable and confident in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• CRM experience.
