Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a driven and results‑oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving challenges, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to potential B2B clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls and sales activities to acquire new accounts.
• Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and nurture client relationships.
• Gather necessary client information for account setup and job/service creation.
• Participate in business negotiations and work toward closing sales.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (neutral accent preferred for US clients).
• Experience creating documents, reports, or process materials.
• Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Business‑minded and results‑driven.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience using CRM tools and a growth mindset.
