Inside Sales Representative

About the role

3M’s Global Sales Center (GSC) Inside Sales team is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support the Transportation and Energy Business Group (TEBG). Based in Taguig, you will engage B2B customers by phone, answer inbound inquiries, and promote TEBG’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and grow existing accounts through outbound telephone sales.
• Respond to inbound customer calls and warm leads, providing product solutions and technical assistance.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, forecast revenue, and track performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain a sales plan with strategies to meet annual forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive campaigns and introduce new products.
• Analyze customer data, market trends, and competition to inform sales tactics.
• Work with Industrial Distribution partners when appropriate to expand account coverage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or associate degree, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of combined sales and/or customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with end‑users.

• Experience with CRM systems.
