About the role

ClearDesk is looking for an In‑House Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its U.S. clients. You will work remotely, sourcing, screening and placing remote professionals across the globe while ensuring a high‑quality hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct video interviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate status updates, flag delays, and keep hiring processes moving.
• Refine job descriptions, outreach templates, and hiring workflows.
• Stay informed on recruitment trends, sourcing platforms, and global hiring best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a recruiter or talent‑acquisition specialist.
• Proven ability to source candidates creatively, especially on LinkedIn.
• Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English for professional conversations.

• LinkedIn Recruiter and other social‑media sourcing tools.
• Video interview platforms.
• Job board and cold‑outreach techniques.
