Infrastructure Specialist II (IT Infrastructure Engineer)

About the role

The Infrastructure Specialist II will design, deploy, and maintain the core IT infrastructure that supports our business operations. You will ensure high availability, reliability, and security across servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Windows and Linux server environments.
• Deploy and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Configure and monitor cloud services on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and enforce security best practices.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to meet business needs.
• Coordinate procurement, implementation, and support with external vendors, telco providers, and IT suppliers.
• Maintain documentation of infrastructure processes, configurations, and procedures.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
• Proven experience in a similar infrastructure or systems administrator role.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
