Information Technology Engineer – Hybrid (Quezon City)

About the role

We are looking for an Information Technology Engineer to join MicroSourcing’s hybrid team in Quezon City. You will ensure the reliability of our server infrastructure, manage device fleets, and support identity and access solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage server maintenance activities, including scheduled reboots, updates, routine health checks, and maintenance windows.
• Administer the organization’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform by configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting managed devices.
• Own endpoint patch management using Endpoint Central, ensuring systems remain secure and up‑to‑date.
• Process application access requests through Okta, handling non‑automated provisioning and access exceptions.
• Support onboarding for temporary hires by preparing user accounts, permissions, and equipment.
• Administer and troubleshoot Okta and Google Workspace environments, including user provisioning and access management.
• Document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and standard operating processes.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2/3 support teams, manage escalations, and contribute to service improvements.
• Assist the Security Technology team with after‑hours escalations involving security camera systems.
• Independently manage workload and priorities while delivering high‑quality technical support.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical role.
• Hands‑on experience managing servers, including patching, updates, and health monitoring.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management or endpoint management platforms.
• Familiarity with patch management solutions such as Endpoint Central.
• Working knowledge of identity and access management using Okta.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with support teams.
