Information Security Compliance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Information Security Compliance Officer to ensure our organization meets all relevant security standards and regulations. The role involves safeguarding sensitive data, promoting best practices, and supporting a culture of security across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure compliance initiatives are met.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in information security.
• Provide training and awareness programs for staff regarding security protocols.
• Report on compliance status to senior management and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in information security or compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven communication skills for conveying complex concepts.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
