Informatica Developer / Consultant – Data Platform Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Informatica Developer/Consultant to design and deliver modern data platform solutions. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable data designs and leading migration initiatives to cloud‑based, governed environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end data integration, ingestion, quality, governance, lineage and master/reference data solutions using Informatica tools.
• Translate business and reporting needs into reusable integration patterns, mappings and transformation logic.
• Define solution architecture, data flows, non‑functional requirements and ensure traceability across the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead or support data platform modernization, including migration from legacy warehouses to cloud platforms.
• Implement and optimise Informatica services for ETL/ELT, data quality, metadata management and governance workflows.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts, testers and client stakeholders to ensure quality and operational readiness.
• Embed security, privacy and audit controls in line with governance and compliance standards.
• Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators and standards for the data platform practice.

Required profile

• Typically 8+ years of experience in data integration, data architecture or related fields.
• Proven ability to design scalable data platforms and lead modernization projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
