About the role
We are seeking an Industrial Engineering Specialist to drive process improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be a graduate of Industrial Engineering and will bring at least three years of hands‑on experience in continuous improvement projects.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from concept through implementation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data, develop solutions and monitor results.
- Prepare and present reports on project outcomes to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum three years of experience in process improvement or continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization.
Required skills
- Process improvement methodologies.
- Continuous improvement project management.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
