About the role

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Identify customer needs, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Achieve performance targets and contribute to sales goals.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 month experience in a BPO or call‑center setting.
• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to work onsite with rotating shift schedules.
