About the role

We are a fast‑moving DTC ecommerce company seeking an Inbound Phone Sales Specialist to handle high‑intent customer calls, provide accurate stock updates and upsell accessories. You will represent the brand with warmth and professionalism, turning genuine conversations into conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls, especially on stock‑out days, delivering accurate timelines and clear next steps.
• Confidently present warranties and complementary products, upselling accessories to callers.
• Maintain a warm, professional tone that reflects positively on the brand.
• Log call outcomes and customer intent accurately in our tracking system.
• Participate in an internal practice run before handling real customers.
• Reliably cover scheduled call windows, particularly during high‑volume periods.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inbound sales, telesales, or customer service with an upsell component.
• Clear, confident communicator who builds trust quickly over the phone.
• Ability to learn product details quickly and explain them without a script.
• Calm and professional under high call volume, especially on stock‑out days.
• Reliable availability during scheduled call windows.
• Customer‑first mindset focused on building trust.

Required skills

• Experience selling accessories or add‑on products.
• Background in DTC, ecommerce, or consumer product brands.
• Experience working in a remote sales environment.
