About the role
As an Inbound Partnerships Consultant you will recruit warm leads into Odoo’s partner network and manage business relationships within the Philippines. You will enable IT, system‑integration, consulting and accounting firms to become certified Odoo partners, giving them the rights to sell and implement Odoo solutions for their customers.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospects in the Philippines who have expressed interest in becoming Odoo partners.
- Analyse current prospect processes, sales approaches and long‑term plans to identify how Odoo collaboration can add value.
- Design tailored implementation packages in a consultative manner and negotiate terms with future partners.
- Establish and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with new partners.
- Develop and share ideas to expand the Odoo partner network and increase market penetration.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve goals.
- Fluent in spoken English and Tagalog.
