Inbound Appointment Setter (B2B) – Remote Night Shift

About the role

Join a fast‑growing B2B outbound agency that runs email campaigns for multiple active clients. You will work with a pre‑qualified inbox of warm leads, pick up the phone quickly, and turn interested replies into booked meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor a pre‑qualified inbox and contact qualified leads within 10 minutes of their reply.
• Conduct brief, human phone conversations to confirm interest and schedule meetings.
• When a call isn’t possible, send a natural, concise email reply.
• Book the meeting, create a clean lead summary, and hand it off to the client team.
• Leverage AI‑suggested reply drafts, then personalize tone and category.

Required profile

• Proven experience setting appointments or managing a reply inbox for a US‑facing audience.
• Excellent written English that sounds personal, not templated.
• Comfortable picking up the phone without hesitation and handling most conversations by voice.
• Willingness to work a flexible night‑shift schedule aligned with US Eastern time.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and flag issues when needed.

Required skills

• Regular use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
