Immigration Advisor – Philippines

About the role

Globevisa, the world’s largest immigration agency, is seeking an Immigration Advisor to join its Philippines team. You will work with high‑net‑worth clients, guiding them through complex immigration pathways while driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth consultation sessions with affluent clients to understand their immigration goals, financial background, and long‑term plans.
• Design and present customized immigration solutions that align with personal, family, and business objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and needs analysis to proposal presentation, objection handling, and deal closure.
• Maintain proactive follow‑up with prospects and existing clients, providing expert advice and ensuring timely conversions.
• Build trust‑based relationships through consistent communication and high‑quality advisory services.
• Collaborate with internal case processing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth handover after closing.
• Keep accurate client records, sales progress, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Stay current on global immigration programs, policy changes, and market trends.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, revenue goals, and performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree holder.
• Minimum 2 years of high‑value, consultative sales experience (immigration, financial services, wealth management, insurance, real estate, luxury services).
• Proven track record as a sales champion or top performer (top 1‑3 in team or top 10‑20 % company‑wide, or recipient of sales awards).
• Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Strong closing ability with a history of converting high‑intent leads into signed clients.
