I&C Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking an I&C Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliable operation of pneumatic, mechanical, electro‑pneumatic, hydraulic and computer‑based instrumentation and control systems at our plant in Bani, Masinloc, Zambales. The successful candidate will perform inspections, servicing, calibration and troubleshooting to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair pneumatic, mechanical, electro‑pneumatic and hydraulic instruments.
• Perform calibration, testing and measurement activities using specialized equipment.
• Troubleshoot control system faults, interpret P&IDs, DCS loop diagrams and PLC ladder logic.
• Document work orders and update the CMMS for maintenance planning and tracking.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and plant performance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Technology or a related technical vocational course.
• At least 2 years of experience as an I&C technician in power or heavy industry.
• Instrumentation & Control Servicing Certificate (NC2) or equivalent is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
