I&C Maintenance Technician

About the role

The I&C Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all pneumatic, mechanical, electro‑pneumatic, hydraulic and computer‑based instrumentation and control systems operate safely, accurately and reliably. This role supports overall plant performance through regular inspection, servicing and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, service and troubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical, electro‑pneumatic, hydraulic and computer‑based instruments.
• Maintain control systems to guarantee safe and reliable plant operation.
• Perform calibration, testing and measurement activities using appropriate instruments.
• Utilize CMMS for maintenance planning, work order creation and tracking.
• Interpret P&IDs, DCS loop diagrams, PLC ladder logic and technical manuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Technology or a related technical vocational course.
• Instrumentation & Control Servicing Certificate (NC2) or similar license is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an I&C technician in power or heavy‑industry environments.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bani, Masinloc, Zambales.

• Reading and interpreting P&IDs, DCS loop diagrams and PLC ladder logic.
