About the role

Step into the role of a people champion as an HR Officer. You will bring strategic people policies to life, ensuring recruitment, compensation, and employee relations run smoothly within a bustling mall environment. Your focus will be on building a harmonious workplace while complying with corporate guidelines and Philippine labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and talent acquisition.
• Develop and administer compensation and benefits plans.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering engagement.
• Ensure HR policies align with corporate standards and Philippine labor legislation.
• Promote a collaborative atmosphere between management and staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
• Strong background in employee relations, engagement, recruitment, and core HR functions.
• In‑depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS).
