Human Resources Coordinator – Remote Healthcare Recruiting

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support its U.S.-based healthcare clients. In this remote position you will connect qualified healthcare professionals with the patients and families that depend on them, ensuring fast and compliant placements.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs and caregivers using job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook groups and platforms like CareerPlug.
• Conduct phone screens, schedule and coordinate interviews through HelloHire or similar tools.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification and background checks.
• Track recruitment metrics (application rates, time-to-hire) and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.

Required profile

• Strong interest in healthcare recruiting and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and candidate experience.
