Human Resources Coordinator – Mid Level

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for an Intermediate Human Resources Coordinator to join its team in Cagayan De Oro. The role supports talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations and HR compliance while working night shifts on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities: post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and maintain the ATS.
• Organise new‑hire onboarding and orientation, communicate schedules and reminders to managers and new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases and ensure confidentiality.
• Provide benefits administration support, answer employee queries, and assist with open enrollment communications.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, prepare audit reports and support HR compliance reviews.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, password/login troubleshooting, and general HR inquiries.

Required profile

• Demonstrates adherence to the Code of Ethics and Company policies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with managers, new hires and external partners.
• Mid‑level experience in HR coordination or related functions.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
