Human Resource Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Human Resource Assistant to support our HR team in delivering effective recruitment, compensation, benefits, and labor‑relations services. The role is ideal for recent graduates with a background in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields who are eager to apply their knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in full‑cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Help maintain positive labor‑relations by preparing documentation and communicating with employees at all levels.
• Coordinate HR records, reports, and data entry tasks.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in HR functions, especially recruitment, compensation & benefits, and labor relations.
• Strong communication skills capable of interacting with staff at all organizational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
