About the role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team in Manila. The role focuses on managing the end‑to‑end hiring process and supporting new‑hire onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract and select the best talent for the organization.

Key responsibilities

Lead the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate selection.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
Assist in the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Required profile

Proven experience in HR or recruitment roles.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in an office‑based environment.
