HR Operations Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

The HR Operations Manager will ensure that GoTeam’s human resources processes run smoothly, on time, and at scale. Working in a hybrid setting in Cebu City, you will partner with the Director of People & Culture and the Employee & Labor Relations Manager to build reliable systems and eliminate repetitive issues.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end onboarding, off‑boarding, employee records and workflow management.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve SOPs that support GoTeam’s growth.
• Serve as the internal expert for the HRIS (Sprout, BambooHR, Workday or similar), ensuring data integrity and system availability.
• Manage benefits administration, including HMO enrollment and insurance workflows, and benchmark offerings to stay competitive.
• Translate HR strategy into operational processes, document procedures and train teams across departments.
• Create and maintain dashboards on headcount, attrition, engagement and benefits, delivering clean, decision‑ready reports to leadership.
• Provide generalist support to recruitment, employee engagement initiatives and cross‑functional HR projects.
• Equip HR Business Partners with the tools, data and process guidance needed for consistent delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive, full‑lifecycle HR experience (non‑ER specialized).
• Background in BPO, tech‑enabled or outsourcing environments is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to act as a utility player across multiple HR disciplines.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms such as Sprout, BambooHR, Workday or SuccessFactors.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
