HR Officer

About the role

The HR Officer will support the organization’s mission by developing the skills and capabilities of its people. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, contract administration and assistance with compensation and benefits processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement recruitment policy, design sourcing strategies, post job ads and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, perform reference checks and prepare job offers.
• Draft, route and file employment contracts, monitor contract terms and manage end‑of‑contract notices.
• Coordinate pre‑employment requirements, arrange onboarding schedules and set up new‑hire tools such as IDs, email accounts and equipment.
• Assist with payroll time‑keeping, enroll and delete employees from insurance plans, and support renewal of company benefits.
• Maintain HR information system records and ensure compliance with government‑mandated benefit programs.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, contract administration and benefits coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
