HR Officer / HR Generalist (HRIS Focus)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Officer/HR Generalist to manage and optimise our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The role ensures accurate employee data, supports HR operations and delivers timely reports to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, including personal details, employment history and benefits enrollment.
• Conduct regular system audits, resolve data discrepancies and coordinate upgrades or troubleshooting with IT.
• Process HR transactions such as new hires, terminations, promotions and transfers through the system.
• Generate standard and ad‑hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, training completion, etc.) for management.
• Ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations, particularly the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
• Provide HRIS support and training to HR team members and employees, creating user guides and conducting sessions.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities using HRIS capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in HRIS administration or HR operations.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or local Philippine systems.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of HR processes and data‑privacy laws.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
