HR Manager – Southeast Asia

About the role

ACCIONA’s Infrastructure division is seeking an HR Manager for Southeast Asia, based in Manila. The role will lead the regional HR strategy, aligning it with global guidelines and supporting business growth through talent management and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with global Corporate HR to design and implement HR strategies for Southeast Asia, in coordination with the Country Director and HQ in Madrid.
• Define and oversee frameworks for recruitment, total compensation, performance management, training & development, and workforce planning.
• Manage the Bonus Plan system and provide recommendations aligned with senior leadership.
• Promote ACCIONA’s corporate culture across the region and introduce innovative solutions to emerging challenges.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and proper handling of expatriate and local employee remuneration.
• Make high‑impact decisions on employment terms, recommend improvements to HR processes, and support internal mobility.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR to identify key talent, develop strategic development plans, and ensure compliance with immigration and mobility requirements.
• Monitor workforce trends and align HR objectives with global policy requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional HR management, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, compensation, performance management, learning & development, and workforce planning.
• Experience handling payroll, statutory obligations, and expatriate compensation.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with immigration and international mobility processes.
