HR Generalist – Remote (UK Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team on a full‑time remote basis. You will own day‑to‑day HR tasks, keep processes organized, and support the company while working during UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily HR administration and provide employee support.
• Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
• Support recruitment activities: job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Assist with hiring, performance management, and off‑boarding processes.
• Track KPIs, attendance, performance records, and generate HR‑related reports.
• Support managers with basic HR issues, documentation, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate HR files, contracts, and internal documents.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar administrative role.
• Good understanding of HR processes, employee records, and workplace policies.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow‑up skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and during UK business hours.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
