HR Generalist

About the role

TaskUs is looking for an HR Generalist to lead employee and labor relations across its fast‑growing BPO operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for workforce issues, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations while supporting a People First culture.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate NTE (Notice to Explain) cases.
• Conduct initial investigations, administrative hearings, and provide recommendations for decisions aligned with the company code of conduct.
• Manage DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) cases and ensure accurate data management.
• Serve as an advisor to stakeholders on all people‑related concerns.
• Organize focus group discussions (FGDs) and policy roadshows.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain data accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Strong background in employee and labor relations.
• Excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Willingness to work onsite on a night‑shift or rotating schedule.
