HR Business Partner Support

About the role

The HR Business Partner Support role assists senior HR Business Partners in delivering talent strategies, workforce planning, and succession initiatives. Working closely with multiple HR functions, the incumbent helps enhance employee skills, supports career development programs, and contributes to a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing talent strategies, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Support succession planning and talent review processes.
• Provide compensation analysis and support under guidance of an HR Business Partner.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and Total Rewards teams on employee development initiatives.
• Analyze business metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Help maintain employee relations and foster a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in Human Resources or a related support role.
• Exposure to strategic HR functions such as Learning & Development or Compensation & Benefits.
• Ability to support leadership and influence stakeholders under supervision.
• Strong understanding of HR competencies including talent management and total rewards.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process enhancement and organizational efficiency.
