HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our business leaders in driving employee retention, succession planning, internal mobility, disciplinary processes, and coaching initiatives. The role will act as a strategic partner, aligning HR practices with the organization’s objectives while ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement retention strategies to keep top talent and boost engagement.
• Analyze turnover data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify future leaders and create succession plans.
• Manage promotion and transfer processes, ensuring they match career aspirations and business needs.
• Advise managers on disciplinary actions, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
• Provide coaching to managers and employees on performance, career development, and conflict resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 1 year of HR experience with a focus on retention, succession planning, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
