HR Benefits Analyst

About the role

The HR Benefits Analyst will support Coherent Corp. in managing both statutory and non‑statutory employee benefits. You will ensure accurate record‑keeping, compliance with labor laws, and smooth coordination with payroll and external providers.

Key responsibilities

• Administer statutory and non‑statutory benefits programs, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑ibig, HMO, and insurance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee benefits enrollment records, compensation changes, and onboarding/offboarding documentation.
• Prepare payroll instructions related to benefits, allowances, and deductions in collaboration with Finance Shared Services.
• Liaise with government agencies and external providers to ensure compliance and resolve employee queries.
• Assist in benefits benchmarking, data analysis, and preparation of reports for management review.
• Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and periodic benefits audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in benefits administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
